Onboarding Your Organization
Welcome to the training course that will help you launch the 1on1 Coaching System and App for a team of 7 or less people. If there are more than 7 people that will be giving/receiving 1on1's in your organization, you can go through the following training modules, download and demo the application, and set up your organization. However, we recommend either contacting our support team or going through our Blitz Package training before loading your entire organization. The larger the organization, the greater the level of intentionality it takes to integrate coaching and development, and we want your efforts to be successful, so lean on us!
